2.4 Single Account Requirement

3. Account Registration and Verification

You consent to provide government-issued identification documents such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card, as well as proof of address documents such as utility bills or bank statements, and any other documents x7771 reasonably requests to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership. x7771 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals or at random intervals during account activity. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by x7771 may result in account restrictions, including but not limited to suspension of withdrawal privileges, until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including username and password. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

You acknowledge that payment processing times vary by method and that while x7771 credits deposits as quickly as possible, we do not control processing times imposed by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. x7771 does not charge fees for deposits, but third-party processors may impose their own fees which are beyond our control and not refundable by x7771.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever feasible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. You must complete identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified in the cashier section. x7771 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24-48 hours after approval, though actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving financial institution or payment provider. x7771 reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of withdrawal requests, including but not limited to reviewing gameplay history, requesting additional identification documents, or conducting phone verification before releasing funds. Withdrawal requests may be denied if the account has not completed mandatory wagering requirements for bonus funds, if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, or if identity verification is incomplete.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All betting and gaming activity on the x7771 Platform is subject to specific rules governing acceptable conduct, bet placement, and dispute resolution:

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

If x7771 determines, in its sole discretion, that you have engaged in any prohibited conduct, we may take any or all of the following actions: immediately suspend or close your account; void all pending and settled bets; confiscate account balance including deposits and winnings; prohibit future registration on the Platform; report suspected illegal activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; pursue legal action to recover damages. x7771's decision regarding prohibited conduct is final and not subject to appeal, though you may submit additional evidence for consideration if you believe the determination was made in error.

5.4 Game Malfunctions

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through x7771's customer support channels and internal complaint procedures. x7771 commits to responding to formal complaints within fifteen (15) business days and making good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably before litigation becomes necessary.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
